Delivery Timeline:

Standard Orders: 5–7 business days after design approval.

Bulk/Corporate Orders: 7–12 business days depending on page count and quantity.

Shipping Charges:

Free delivery within Bengaluru for orders above ₹3,000.

Orders below ₹3,000: Flat ₹200 shipping fee.

Outstation delivery: Actual courier/freight charges will apply.

Packaging: Booklets are packed in bundles with protective wrapping to prevent bending, tearing, or moisture damage during transit.

Customized Products: Since booklets are custom-printed as per customer design, returns and refunds are not accepted once production begins.

Refund/Replacement Eligibility:

Wrong booklet size, format, or binding delivered (different from approved order).

Major print defects (misalignment, blurred printing, missing pages, wrong quantity).

Replacements:

In case of verified defects, booklets will be reprinted and delivered at no extra cost.

Refunds are not offered; only replacement/reprint is provided.

Reporting Issues:

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before design approval.

Once design is approved and printing begins, cancellation is not possible.
