Service Location: Delivery available across Bengaluru city limits. Outstation delivery is possible on request with courier charges.

Delivery Timeline: Standard sticker/label orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. Bulk or specialty orders (waterproof, foil, holographic) may take 7–8 days.

Within Bengaluru: Free delivery for orders above ₹1,500.

Orders below ₹1,500: Flat ₹100 shipping fee.

Outstation orders: Actual courier charges apply.

Packaging: Stickers/labels are packed securely to avoid bending, scratches, or moisture damage.

Customized Products: Since labels and stickers are custom-printed, returns and refunds are not applicable after printing begins.

Refund Eligibility: Refund/replacement is only available if:

Wrong design/size delivered (different from approved proof).

Major print defects (blur, peeling, wrong cut).

Durability Disclaimer: Stickers are intended for specific uses (indoor, outdoor, waterproof). Fading or wear due to improper use is not covered under refund policy.

Replacements: If issues are verified, we will reprint and deliver at no extra cost.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placement. After this, production may already be in process.
