Delivery Timeline: Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days after confirmation and artwork approval. Bulk/complex orders may take 7–10 days.

Within Bengaluru: Free delivery for orders above ₹2,000.

Orders below ₹2,000: ₹150 flat delivery charge.

Outstation orders (if approved): Actual courier charges will apply.

Packaging: All products are packed safely to ensure protection against transit damage.

Customized Products: Since most corporate stationery (business cards, envelopes, letterheads, etc.) is custom-printed, refunds/returns are not applicable once printing has started.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

Wrong item delivered (different from approved design).

Significant printing defects (color mismatch, smudging, alignment issues).

Replacement Process: In case of an error, we will reprint and deliver the corrected order at no additional cost.

Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted as the printing process may have begun.
