Refund/Replacement Eligibility:

Product delivered in damaged or broken condition.

Wrong design or print compared to customer’s approved artwork.

Major print defects (blurry, off-centered, peeling).

Replacement Process: Damaged/defective mugs will be reprinted and delivered free of charge after verification.

Reporting Issues: Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos.

Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order. Beyond that, cancellations are not accepted as printing begins immediately.
