Service Location: Delivery is currently available across Bengaluru city limits. Outstation orders may be accepted on request with additional charges.

Delivery Timeline: Orders are delivered within 5–10 business days depending on size, customization, and finishing requirements. Large wall murals or framed décor may take 10–12 days.

Within Bengaluru: Free delivery for orders above ₹5,000.

Orders below ₹5,000: Flat ₹250 delivery charge.

Outstation delivery: Actual courier/freight charges apply.

Installation Support: Available for wallpapers, sunboards, and large wall art within Bengaluru at an extra service charge.

Customized Products: Since décor prints (wallpapers, canvas, acrylic, etc.) are custom-made to order, refunds or returns are generally not applicable once production begins.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

The product is damaged during transit.

There is a major defect in print quality or wrong design delivered.

Color Disclaimer: Minor color variations (5–10%) may occur due to screen vs. print differences and are not considered defects.

Replacements: In case of verified issues, we will reprint and deliver at no extra charge.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this, cancellation is not possible as production may already be underway.
