Refund/Replacement Eligibility:

Bottle received in damaged condition due to transit.

Major print quality issues (peeling, faded, or off-centered).

Replacement Process:

Defective/damaged bottles will be reprinted and redelivered free of charge after issue verification.

Customers must report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.
