At KII Print, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please read the following cancellation policy to understand how cancellations are handled for your orders:

1. Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order within 10 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

• To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at suppport@kiiprint.com or +91-9875900467 with your order details.
   

2. Customized or Personalized Orders

• Orders for customized or personalized items may only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order, as production may begin shortly after.
   

3. Cancellation Fees

• Orders canceled within the specified timeframe will not incur any cancellation fees.

• For orders canceled after the specified timeframe or after they have been processed but not yet shipped, a cancellation fee may apply.
   

4. Refunds

• If your order is eligible for cancellation and a cancellation fee is not applicable, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Refunds for canceled orders will exclude any shipping charges already incurred.
   

5. Change of Mind

• If you change your mind about an order after it has been shipped, you may still be able to return the items in accordance with our return policy.
