Delivery Area: Currently, we deliver within Bengaluru city limits. Orders outside Bengaluru can be fulfilled on request with additional courier charges.

Large Format & Custom Orders (Banners, Sunboard, Standees): 4–7 working days.

Delivery Charges: Free delivery within Bengaluru city for orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 attract a flat ₹99 delivery fee.

Self Pickup: Customers can also choose pickup from our store at no extra cost.

Custom Printed Products: Since all products are customized and printed to order, returns are not accepted once printing has begun.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only applicable if:

The product is defective, misprinted, or damaged upon delivery.

The product does not match the approved design or specifications shared by the customer.

Reporting Issues: Customers must report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

Refund Process: Once verified, refunds are processed within 7–10 working days back to the original payment method.

Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them. After printing starts, cancellations are not possible.
